We are excited to announce the appointment of Silicon Reef’s new Chairman and major investor, Tim Wallis, Founder & former CEO of Content and Code (now Content+Cloud).

We are thrilled to welcome Tim to Silicon Reef as this marks another significant, enabling step towards our strategic vision for our employees and clients. Our vision to lead this generation and the next to work happy. The combination of Tim’s experience and our culture here at Silicon Reef, will help make this a reality that changes the modern workforce for the better.

We’re committed to empowering people to be connected, productive, and live a life of balance. With Tim on board we enter a new chapter. His extensive background in leading technical, professional and managed services – and delivering transformation that improves the experience and effectiveness of people at work – will further elevate the collective knowledge and experience at the Reef, supporting our business and maximising our potential to deliver high value in the work happy journey we provide to our clients.

Looking ahead for the rest of 2022 and what’s to come in 2023, we know that the world will continue to adapt to the era of hybrid working and post-pandemic recovery. Of all the companies you could have selected to work with, why did you choose Silicon Reef?
Silicon Reef’s mission to enable everyone to work happy is exactly what enterprises need right now. With hybrid working, enterprises face huge challenges with communication and collaboration, and this is where Silicon Reef can really add value, solving these challenges with their own products and services.

Where do you see yourself having the greatest impact?
I’m here to help Silicon Reef grow and be amazingly successful by leveraging my background in enterprise collaboration with Microsoft technology. I’ll be a guiding figure helping with strategy, product and service development and helping develop the leadership team so we can build an amazing company.

What are you most excited about getting involved in?
Silicon Reef already has a proven ability to deliver fantastic projects to enterprise clients. With our capability in building IP that truly solve enterprise communications challenges, we will raise the bar with some smart AI and tighter integration with Microsoft VIVA.
