Once the problem is clear, we design the right automation approach for the job. Rather than forcing everything into a single tool, we use the most appropriate parts of the Microsoft platform to create a joined‑up solution.
This might include Power Apps for guided data capture, Power Automate for approvals and notifications, and SharePoint or Dataverse as a reliable system of record. Where visibility and insight are important, Power BI is used to provide clear reporting, alongside integrations with existing line‑of‑business systems where needed.
3. Build with Governance Baked In
Every solution is designed with governance in mind from day one. That means security is built in by default, aligned with Microsoft best practice, and supported with clear audit trails.
