Silicon Reef Makes Leadership Shake Up to Prepare for Growth

We are excited to announce that Simon Lawless and James Lewis have joined Silicon Reef as key members of our senior leadership team as we prepare for a period of growth. Simon will take up the role of Chief Executive Officer, whilst James will head up the sales and marketing divisions in the role of Chief Revenue Officer. Founder and former-CEO Alex Graves will pivot to the role of Chief Visionary Officer.

The news comes following last year’s appointment of Tim Wallis, founder and former-CEO of Content and Code (now Content+Cloud), as Chairman.

Both Simon and James join us with a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked closely with Tim at Content+Cloud. With a proven track record of successfully leading technology services and solutions teams, their expertise will be vital as we scale the business and cement our position as a leading Microsoft Modern Work Solutions partner, specialising in employee experience.
