
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of their Paris and Madrid offices, Hyphen created a six-week inter-office scavenger hunt that brought colleagues together and strengthened their ‘One Hyphen’ culture.
Using SharePoint and Beacon web parts, Hyphen’s Communication’s Executive, Anastasija Roze, designed a colourful, interactive page featuring AI-generated videos and weekly challenges highlighting Hyphen’s projects and clients. The campaign encouraged participation across offices, with 167 colleagues taking part and the top team winning extra days of annual leave.
The initiative demonstrates how smart intranet design and creative digital experiences can boost engagement, foster connections, and celebrate company milestones.
