End‑to‑End Automation,
Not Apps for the Sake of It
We don’t build apps for the sake of building apps. Our focus is on end‑to‑end business process automation that improves how work actually gets done.
We help organisations create processes that are easier to manage and safer to scale. Everything is designed with longevity in mind, so solutions can grow across the organisation without adding unnecessary complexity.
This approach works especially well for organisations already using Microsoft 365, helping them get more value from the platform they already own.
Our Services
- Process Discovery & Automation
- Automation Design & Build
- Governance & Centre of Enablement
- Managed Support & Continued Support
Before building anything, we get clear on what’s worth automating and why. We map how a process really runs today – not how it’s documented – find where it breaks, and turn that into a prioritised plan you can act on with confidence.
Process Discovery & Service Blueprinting
We capture the real, end-to-end picture of a process: what employees experience, the systems working behind the scenes, and every hand-off in between – surfacing the workarounds and exceptions a tidy flowchart always misses.
Automation Roadmaps & Prioritisation
We score automation opportunities by effort and value, so you know which process to tackle first and can walk into the next steering committee with evidence rather than instinct.
AI & Copilot Readiness
Copilot agents only perform as well as the processes beneath them. We prepare your processes – and the data that drives them – so your next AI project starts on solid ground.
We design and build production-grade solutions with Power Platform – joined-up, governed, and built to last beyond their first use case. We use the right parts of the platform for the job rather than forcing everything into a single tool.
Power Apps & Power Automate Solutions
Guided data capture, approvals, notifications and document routing – replacing the manual, email-and-spreadsheet workarounds with workflows that reflect how your people actually work.
Integration with Your Wider Systems
Where a process needs to talk to systems outside Microsoft 365, we build the custom connectors and supporting services to make that happen securely and reliably.
Data, Reporting & Visibility
Using SharePoint or Dataverse as a dependable system of record and Power BI for reporting, we give leaders a clear view of where work is flowing – and where it’s stuck.
As Power Platform and Copilot reach more people, the foundations underneath matter more than ever. We help you scale automation safely – with visibility of what’s being built, by whom, and with what data.
Power Platform Governance
Clear environments, Data Loss Prevention rules and lifecycle management, so solutions can be built, tested and released properly – and data stays where it belongs.
Centre of Enablement
We help you establish a Power Platform Centre of Enablement that brings order to a growing estate of flows, apps and agents – turning sprawl into a managed, supportable capability.
Tackling Automation Sprawl
Discovery exercises routinely surface hundreds of unknown flows and apps across a single business. We help you find what’s out there, reduce key-person risk, and put the right rails in place before it becomes a problem.
Automation isn’t a one-off project – the process behind it will keep evolving, and so should the solution. We keep your live solutions healthy, compliant and improving over time.
Specialist L3/L4 Support
Defects, flow failures, connector renewals, data-layer issues and Microsoft escalations – handled by people who know the platform, so your solution stays dependable.
Continuous Improvement
A steady stream of small enhancements keeps solutions fit for purpose as your needs change, rather than letting them stagnate the moment they go live.
Get Started Quickly
Not every engagement needs to start with a full consultancy project. Our fixed-price, fixed-outcome packages are a low-barrier way to get moving – a simple first step that gives you something valuable in its own right, and a natural springboard into the wider work above. Each one is scoped, priced and ready to go.

Our Approach
From Manual Process to Digital Service
1. Identify the Process Pain
We start by working closely with business teams to understand where things are slowing down or creating risk. This often includes high‑volume manual tasks, compliance‑driven processes, and approvals that rely too heavily on email, spreadsheets, or PDFs.
We also look out for processes that depend on “the one person who knows how it works”, as these can quickly become a blocker when teams change or grow. The aim is to surface processes that would benefit most from being simpler, more resilient, and easier to manage.
2. Design the Right Automation Pattern
Once the problem is clear, we design the right automation approach for the job. Rather than forcing everything into a single tool, we use the most appropriate parts of the Microsoft platform to create a joined‑up solution.
This might include Power Apps for guided data capture, Power Automate for approvals and notifications, and SharePoint or Dataverse as a reliable system of record. Where visibility and insight are important, Power BI is used to provide clear reporting, alongside integrations with existing line‑of‑business systems where needed.
3. Build with Governance Baked In
Every solution is designed with governance in mind from day one. That means security is built in by default, aligned with Microsoft best practice, and supported with clear audit trails.
We focus on creating solutions that are easy to support and flexible enough to grow beyond the initial use case, helping organisations scale automation safely without losing control.
What Is Business Process Automation in Microsoft 365?
Business process automation (BPA) uses software to carry out repeatable business activities that would otherwise be done manually – routing an approval, capturing data, sending a notification, or orchestrating a multi-team process like onboarding. It’s there to take care of the work that shouldn’t need a human, so people are free for the work where judgement actually matters.
Microsoft 365 is a practical place to start. If you’re already on Microsoft 365, the building blocks are in your tenant:
Power Automate — the workflow engine for approvals, notifications, scheduled tasks and integrations.
Power Apps — low-code apps that give people a proper interface for guided data capture, built without heavy custom development.
SharePoint & Dataverse — the system of record, so data isn’t trapped in an inbox. SharePoint for many use cases; Dataverse where you need richer, relational or higher-volume data.
Microsoft 365 Copilot & Copilot Studio — a conversational layer over your processes, and agents that can take action — but only as good as the structured, governed data underneath them.
Power BI — turns the records your automations generate into visibility: where work is flowing, where it’s stuck, and whether an automation is actually earning its keep.
See Our Work In Practice
These are examples of how we’ve applied our approach to real, business‑critical processes – reducing risk, improving visibility and helping organisations run essential workflows with more confidence.
Operational Automation at Scale
We worked with Warner Bros. Discovery to replace a wide range of manual operational processes with governed Power Platform solutions, while maintaining enterprise control. By establishing a Power Platform Centre of Excellence and delivering multiple process applications, manual tasks that previously took days were reduced to hours. Teams now use these services daily within agreed governance standards, proving that automation can scale across a large, complex organisation without loss of control.

Typical Use Cases We See Success With
We see the strongest results when automation is applied to processes that matter every day — and carry risk when handled manually. These are typically processes that need structure, visibility, and governance, not just speed.
Common Scenarios Include
- Policy and mandatory read acknowledgements, where auditability and proof of compliance are critical
- Business case, procurement, and approval workflows that need clear ownership and consistent decision‑making
- Onboarding and offboarding processes that span multiple teams and systems
- Internal service request portals that replace inbox‑led or spreadsheet‑based requests
- Compliance tracking, operational checklists, and inspections for regulated or high‑risk functions
- Case management processes where consistency and control matter as much as efficiency
While each use case is different, the outcome is the same: fragmented, manual processes are replaced with clear, governed digital services that teams can rely on and organisations can scale with confidence.
