Viva Connections
Viva Connections is your gateway to a modern employee experience. With company-branded, personalised, curated dashboards and feeds, Connections keeps your people engaged and informed.
Viva Connections pulls together content, tools and resources into the apps your employees are already using – like Teams. This means your people can catch up on company news, see their daily task list, manage their shifts and see the canteen lunch menu all in one place.

Viva Insights provides data at a personal, departmental and organisational level to help you make informed decisions that positively impact wellbeing and productivity.

Viva Goals lets you set, track and manage OKRs, helping to align teams to strategic priorities whilst allowing employees to understand their impact and stay focused on what matters.
