The Role
We’re looking to hire a B2B marketing assistant to join our established marketing team. You’ll be encouraged to learn, and given opportunities to expand your knowledge and experience and see first-hand the inner workings of a successful consultancy scale-up.
Location: UK – Freedom to choose home-based or a mix of meeting up with the team in our Bournemouth or London offices.
Key responsibilities
Being part of a growing marketing and sales team, you’ll be helping support and steer the following.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Assist with marketing campaigns
- Grow our network with our sales team
Social Media
- Develop content plan
- Design posts for LinkedIn and Instagram
Website
- Update content
- Work with our engineers to troubleshoot
Hubspot
- Maintenance of database
- Create email marketing campaigns
- Produce data-driven reports
- Manage Hubspot dashboard and workflows
Content
- Assist marketing executive with content comms – via email, internal team and social
- Customer research
- Proofread blogs, guides and thought leadership pieces
Marketing Admin
- Post marketing and company updates on our internal ReefNet
- Update and create marketing collateral alongside graphic designer (creds decks, proposal templates, etc.)
- Manage Google business page
You’ll thrive in this role if you…
- Have a passion for marketing and looking to develop your skills within the tech industry
- Are proficient in MS suite
- Can use WordPress to update content
- Have an ability to work autonomously, whilst prioritising effectively to meet deadlines and work with a team
- Are organised with exceptional attention to detail
