The Role

We’re looking to hire a sales manager to join our growing sales team. You’ll lead and nurture mid-tier existing Silicon Reef accounts, as well as be responsible for seeking new client opportunities.

At Silicon Reef, we take our clients on a journey to Work Happy – and we expect our sales team to carry this through from the moment they are first introduced to a client and throughout each partnership. The role will have an annual target and will report to the Account Director.

Location: UK – Freedom to choose home-based or a mix of meeting up with the team in our Bournemouth or London offices. Client meetings are encouraged to be in-person. We will require this role to have a driver’s license as the role involves meeting clients in person around the UK.

  • Network with prospective clients and create new relationships
  • Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator

You’ll thrive in this role if you…

  • Have 1-2 years of sales experience in tech
  • Have a proven track record in hitting targets
  • Can turn brief encounters into rewarding relationships
  • Have an understanding of business and value-led selling techniques (Solution, Challenger, Miller Heiman)
  • Have experience selling to mid-market clients
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Partner Programmes and associated collaboration tech
  • Are a collaborative worker conscious of team and client needs
  • Have an ability to work autonomously, whilst prioritising effectively to meet deadlines and work with a team
  • Are organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Have a creative and commercial mindset
