Silicon Reef and People Matter Join Forces For Good

Silicon Reef are excited to announce a new partnership with award-winning intelligent wellness organisation People Matter. This natural collaboration was born from the businesses recognising common values, drivers and aligned missions. Both companies place people front-and-centre in their businesses, with technology a primary enabler to drive a culture of balance and well-being in the workplace.  People Matter align brilliantly with Silicon Reef’s mission of helping people to ‘work happy’.

By working together People Matter and Silicon Reef offer clients a unique combination of data-driven, human-centred technology, with an intelligent application of resilience and mental well-being technology in the workplace. The partnership will create digital-led workplaces – that are developed around the people that power them and designed around the way that they work best.

Alex Graves, Managing Director of Silicon Reef, says of the partnership that “It is our mission to disrupt and change the traditional digital workplace, and a greater understanding of people –  coupled with great technology – is a key enabler for this.”

“Our partnership with People Matter will help support and develop our focus on employee well-being and, by understanding this, the technology we build will lead to happier and more productive workforces.”

Since 2017 Silicon Reef have been helping companies transition to an employee-empowered working culture through technical solutions crafted around the global teams that use them. People Matter’s psychology-centred technology Okina is an ethical mental well-being platform that measures, raises awareness and provides insight and a mental well-being toolkit  to employees to help them be more resilient, beat burnout and work in a way that best suits them. The opportunities to collaborate and make a real and positive difference to people’s lives are huge and incredibly exciting.

As a Microsoft Silver Partner with a focus on creating people-centric solutions to shape business operations, Silicon Reef will be working to bring Okina into the digital workplace for employees and employers through Microsoft tools such as Teams and the SharePoint platform. This will give employees and employers alike access to true wellness support at the digital heart of their organisation.

As Nigel Winship, Co-Founder of People Matter, announced the partnership he said “We are delighted and excited to be partnering with Silicon Reef. Their focus on delivering intelligent solutions to enable happy, balanced work forces, combined with their depth of expertise in Microsoft technologies make them the perfect partner for Okina.”

We believe that, by combining our established technical excellence with People Matter’s unique, psychology-led technology, we can really enhance our ability to design and deliver engaged, effective and supportive digital workplaces, across sectors and across the globe.
